Meet Dr. Pamela Samson, accomplished radiation oncologist at Washington University St. Louis. Trained in thoracic surgery, dedicated to treating the lung cancer population in radiation oncology.

On today's episode, meet Dr. Pamela Samson. Dr. Samson is an assistant professor in the Department of Radiation Oncology at Washington University in St. Louis (WUSTL). She received her Bachelor’s degrees in Chemistry and Anthropology at the University of North Carolina in Chapel Hill, and holds master’s degrees in China Studies from the University of Washington, molecular physiology from the University of Cincinnati, and population health sciences from WUSTL. She received her medical degree from the University of Cincinnati, served as general surgery resident at WUSTL upon graduating medical school and completed a research fellowship in Cardiothoracic Surgery at that time also. She then completed her clinical training as a radiation oncology resident at WUSTL. She is committed to balancing time at work and her family.
